Introduction
Our production complete line adapts to palm fruit , palm kernel, rapeseed , coconut, corn germ and many other oil seeds. We can provide all the plants include oil preparement , refining and packing line.
Fresh fruit picked from Olive tree with squeezing, separation at room temperature, then get the olive oil preserved various nutrients of the fruits'completely.
TECHNICAL INSTUCTION
(1) Fresh fruit sent to fruit washing machine by ascending machine after weighing.
(2) Remove the dirt on the surface of the fruit and with hydraulic flipping floating to the settlement (sand, stone heavy impurity, mud group, etc)
(3) Through the vibration filter water clear light shout (branches and leaves, etc)
(4) The fruit after cleaning sent to crusher by vertical hoist, core shattered the maximum of 5 mm, minimum of 1 mm,
(5) Jam after crushing sent to fusion machine mix at low speed, make scatter oil droplets together,
(6) Materials sent to the horizontal centrifuge ,through solid-liquid separation to get fruit slag and oil-water mixture
(7) Fruit dreg sent to squeezing machine taxed to oil dreg and bread by auger.
(8) Oil-water mixture sent to centrifuge again ,c will got optimal olive oil and wastewater by entrifugal separation.
(9) Oil sent to workshop to refining, the separation of the wastewater treatment by Points pool.
